Happy Birthday, America!
George Bush is in West Virginia today, apparently because it's the only state he can still get applause in.
Meanwhile, our own search for a home has left us more confused than ever. The latest factor we've begun to consider are school systems, despite that we have yet to confirm our actual fertility. Nevertheless. Using greatschools.net, we compared average test scores for High Schools. As it turns out, the average high school student in Portland is apparently dumber than the average Mainer. So that can't be good.

On the other hand, the Brookliners are doing pretty well for themselves, which is why they can get a half a mill for a two bedroom condo with no parking. I've also learned that realtors have very clever ways of lying. Lies the like of which I've never heard before. As in, "Yes, it's a small yard, but the neighbors are happy to let you use their land."
Oh, I should also mention that last night I had a dream that I was kicked out medical school (which, in reality, I was). Only they had taken me back, given me another chance, but that I had already blown my second chance, and was being kicked out...again! So I really don't know what the hell that's supposed to mean. Must have something to do with living with my parents. Oy, the anguish!
