I mean, I expected Rumsfeld to get taken eventually out by the Democrats, but I didn't expect him to split so quickly on his own. What a pussy!! Funny how all of a sudden he doesn't seem so concerned about leaving our troops without a commander. Cut and run, pussbag!!

I think he was forced out by Bush. Bush likes having others take the fall for his own incompetance. I thought Bush was going to 'stay the course' with Rumsfeld. Apparently staying the course lasts as long as waiting for the election results to come in. Bush could not admit a mistake and kick out Rumsfeld before the election. If he had, I'm betting the Republicans would have retained the Senate.
So nice that Bush is willing to have lunch with Pelosi. I wonder if he'll pick up the check.
