Well, I could've told you this was bound to happen. Now that we've just bought a house, I'd expect housing prices to start plummeting any day now.

Financially, home ownership beats renting and living with your parents beats home ownership.
Boston is definitely overpriced, along with NY, DC, Miami, LA, SF, Seattle and any other coastal market, so prices will fall back, but not too much
