Apparently there's just one last thing we need and then we're ready for the closing. And that thing is a letter from our accountant certifying that we've been self-employed for two years and that moving hasn't hurt our income, so far.

Only problem is our accountant is in Nevada until Friday for some accountant's convention. So wish us luck on that one. Oy. When will it all end!
